Tushar Agrawal has previously worked at Solidarity, a family office, where he was handling startup investments for over a period of 3 years. He has also worked as a manager at ICICI Bank after completing his MBA from IIM Indore in 2014. He had briefly been an entrepreneur in 2012 when he co-founded a e-grocery venture bhajionwheels.com.

Devendra sits on the investment committee of Dexter Angels. Devendra founded Dexter Capital in early 2013 with a mission to help entrepreneurs scale up. Before Dexter, he served as the CFO of Resonance, a leading education company . He has also worked with a private equity firm, Olympus Capital as an investment professional.

Ankit has 8 years of work experience in Early-stage Investing, Investment Banking, Equity Research, and Data Science. He hold a B.Tech in Computer Science from Manipal University and completed CFA level 1. Prior to joining Dexter Angels, he was working with Think Capital and handling the early-stage transaction mandates.

Advait is a Finance graduate from KC college & currently pursuing CFA level 2. He has worked as a Research Analyst in the BFSI and consulting sector. He had been an entrepreneur in 2021 when he co-founded an ed-tech venture SmrtGuru

Work History: Interned with an Audit and manufacturing firm before joining Dexter.

Vatsala is a lawyer by profession and a creative at heart. She has keen interested in learning about the startup ecosystem in the country. She is also passionate about music, art and movies.

With over three years of professional experience, her journey includes a significant tenure at Multibhashi, where she excelled across diverse roles over a span of almost two years. Her expertise also encompasses engagements with prominent organizations such as BB Publishers Pvt. Ltd., Sacred Soul Convent Sr. Sec. School, and SPS Apollo Hospital. Educational- B.com from Delhi University, B.Ed. from MDU Rohtak and MBA (finance) from IGNOU. She is also CPT and CTET qualified.
